FAQ: answer common questions before they are asked

A section with the questions you hear again and again, and clear answers. It saves you phone calls and removes the last hurdle for undecided visitors.

What you get

  • Questions and answers that expand on click, clear on phones too
  • Grouped by topic if you like, such as appointments, prices or directions
  • Structured data, so search engines understand your answers better
  • A pointer to get in touch for anything still open

How it works

You collect the questions guests or customers ask you most often. We word the answers clearly and briefly with you and build the section in. A restaurant might answer dress code, allergens and house rules here, a salon questions about duration and preparation, a moving company questions about insurance and the process.

What we need from you

  • Your most common questions, notes are fine
  • Your answers or the facts behind them
  • Rules you want to state clearly, such as cancellation or deposits

Good to know

Ten to fifteen good questions are usually enough; too many make the section hard to scan. Make sure answers about prices or rules match what you say elsewhere. With the CMS you add new questions yourself later.

See it live

This is how it looks in our sample designs — open one and switch the feature on and off there.
