What you get
- A contact form whose messages arrive in your inbox
- A map with your location and a link for directions
- Opening hours or availability, address, phone and email
- Phone number and address that can be tapped on a phone
- Spam protection without making visitors solve puzzles
How it works
We set up the form with the fields you actually need and decide which address enquiries go to. For logistics or trade businesses the form can ask for the key details for a quote straight away. We test sending with you before the site goes live.
What we need from you
- Your address, phone number and the email address for enquiries
- Your opening hours, including holiday rules
- Which details you need with an enquiry
- Directions tips, such as parking or the entrance
Good to know
Map services such as Google Maps send data to the provider, so the map only loads after consent, or we use a privacy-friendly alternative. The form only asks for what is needed, and your privacy policy should mention it. If you have the admin panel, enquiries land there as well.
