What you get
- A flow in a few steps: vehicle, service, drop-off time, contact details
- Your services with prices from, such as inspection, oil change, tyre change or the statutory roadworthiness test (HU)
- A running summary of what was chosen and roughly what to expect to pay
- Drop-off times based on your opening hours and rules
- A summary like a job card and a message to you with all the details
How it works
In the preview you can try the workshop planner with sample services, just as your customers will see it later. On the call, your contact sets up services, prices, drop-off times and rules with you, such as how many vehicles may come per time slot and whether appointments count straight away or need your confirmation. After a joint test the planner goes live.
What we need from you
- Your services with prices from and approximate duration
- Opening hours, drop-off times and how many vehicles you take per time slot
- Who should receive the appointments
- Your rules on notice, cancellations and courtesy cars
Good to know
The prices in the planner are prices from; the final price is set after inspection as usual, and the planner says so. Appointments reach you by email, and with the admin panel you also see them collected in one place. If you already use workshop software or an appointment calendar, your contact discusses with you how the two fit together.
See it live
This is how it looks in our designs — each one opens right where the feature is shown.
