How it works
We set up the devices, condition grades and buy-back prices you want to offer. Customers value their device online, send the enquiry and bring it in. You inspect it on site and confirm the price. When your prices change, you update the list or let us know.
What we need from you
- The models you buy back
- Your prices per model, storage size and condition
- The condition grades and what they mean, such as like new, good or visible wear
- Your conditions, such as ID, accessories or data deletion
Good to know
The online value is a guide price, not a binding offer. You set the prices and keep them current; an automatic link to market prices is not included and can be discussed as an API integration. Remind customers to back up their data and reset the device before handing it in.
