How it works
You send us photos and a few notes on each person. We bring everything into a consistent format, you check the preview, and the page goes live. When someone joins or leaves your team, you update it yourself with the CMS or let us know.
What we need from you
- Portrait photos in good quality, ideally with similar light and background
- Name, role and a few sentences or bullet points per person
- The consent of everyone who will appear on the website
Good to know
Staff photos and names are personal data: get consent in writing and remove a profile promptly when someone leaves. A professional photo shoot is not part of this feature, although matching portraits look best. Anyone who prefers not to appear in a photo can be listed with name and role only.
