Availability request: turn interest into a booking request

Guests send you their travel dates, party size and preferred room and see a non-binding price estimate as they go. Requests reach you with all the details, at night and at weekends too, and you save yourself follow-up calls and emails.

What you get

  • A request form with arrival, departure, number of guests and preferred room
  • A non-binding price estimate that updates as details are entered
  • The room from the rooms overview already selected when guests come from there
  • Room for wishes, such as breakfast, a pet or a late arrival
  • A confirmation on the page and a message to you with all the details

How it works

In the preview you can try the request just as your guests will see it later. On the call, your contact clarifies with you roughly how your prices work, so the estimate fits, and who receives requests. Guests send the request, you check availability and confirm with your binding offer.

What we need from you

  • Your room categories with prices from, and the main pricing rules, such as season or minimum stay
  • What is included in the price, such as breakfast or tourist tax
  • Who should receive the requests
  • The text guests should see after sending

Good to know

The request does not show live availability and does not make a binding booking; you decide whether and at what price to confirm. The price estimate is a guide and says so in the form. If you already use a booking system or booking portals, your contact discusses with you how the two fit together. Because guest data is involved, your privacy policy should mention the request.

See it live

This is how it looks in our designs — each one opens right where the feature is shown.
