RFQ form with drawing upload: complete requests instead of follow-up questions

A request form for business customers that delivers material, quantities, target date and drawings in a single request, with an NDA option if you like. You can quote faster, and buyers don't have to send files separately by email.

What you get

  • A structured request form, matching your design
  • Fields for what you need to quote, such as material, quantities, batch sizes and target date
  • An upload for drawings and CAD files, such as PDF, STEP or DXF
  • An option for the requester to ask for a non-disclosure agreement
  • A confirmation on the page and a message to you with all the details and files

How it works

In the preview you can try the form just as your customers will see it later. On the call, your contact agrees with you which details are required, which file types you accept and who receives requests. After a joint test the form goes live; you review the requests and send your quote as you do today.

What we need from you

  • The details you need to prepare a quote
  • The file formats you can work with
  • Who should receive the requests
  • Your non-disclosure agreement, if you offer one

Good to know

The form collects the request; it does not produce a quote. The NDA option shows you the requester's wish; you conclude the agreement itself as you do today. Because drawings are often confidential, your contact discusses with you how files reach you and how long they are kept; your privacy policy should mention the form.

This is how it looks in our designs — each one opens right where the feature is shown.
