How it works
Together we decide which amounts and services are available as gift cards, how they are paid for and what they look like. Day to day it works like this: an order comes in, you see it in the admin panel, and the buyer receives the gift card. When the recipient visits, you check the code and mark the card as redeemed.
What we need from you
- The amounts and services you want to offer as gift cards
- Your redemption terms
- Your logo and, if you like, an image for the design
- Your preferred payment method: online, by invoice or on collection
Good to know
Gift cards need the admin panel, which the configurator adds automatically. For online payment you need an account with a payment provider such as Stripe or PayPal, which charges a fee per payment. In Germany, gift cards are generally valid for three years, counted from the end of the year of purchase. Have a much shorter validity checked by a legal adviser first.
