What you get
- An overview of your upcoming events with date, time, place and a short description
- Depending on the design, filters by category or month, images and prices
- Labels such as "sold out" or "only a few places left", so visitors know where they stand
- Depending on the event, a reservation, sign-up or waiting list that reaches you
- Where it fits, an export of the date into the calendar on a phone or computer
How it works
The preview shows the programme with sample dates, so you can try out how it feels. On the call, your contact clarifies with you which kinds of events you show, whether people reserve or sign up, and how you want to keep dates current. We then set up the programme for you and test it together.
What we need from you
- Your next events with date, time, place, description and price where relevant
- Photos or posters, where available
- Whether visitors reserve, sign up or simply turn up
- Who should receive reservations and sign-ups
Good to know
A reservation or sign-up reaches you as a message; tickets are not sold or paid for online through it, and tickets can be held at the box office, for example. You keep the status, such as "sold out", up to date yourself. Because a programme changes all the time, the CMS is worth having so you can add new dates without going through us.
See it live
This is how it looks in our designs — each one opens right where the feature is shown.
- Kulturhalle SüdLoud like a poster: a programme with category filter and ticket reservations, plus venue hire and visitor info.
- Marktgasse 7Warm and editorial like a catalogue: your shop, your range with prices and the season's new arrivals.
- Gemeinsam e.V.Warm and accessible: offers, events, news, joining and donations on one page.
