What you get
- A short form for a trial lesson or enrolment, matching your design
- The course from the course finder already filled in, so no one has to look for it again
- The details you actually need, such as name, child's age, prior experience and preferred date
- A consent to data use, as such forms require
- A confirmation on the page and a message to you with all the details
How it works
In the preview you can try the form just as your visitors will see it later. On the call, your contact agrees with you which fields you need, who receives sign-ups and what happens next. You get back to people and confirm the trial lesson or place as you do today.
What we need from you
- The details you need for a trial lesson and for an enrolment
- Who should receive the sign-ups
- Your terms, for example on trial lessons, cancellation or sibling discounts
- The text people should see after sending the form
Good to know
A sign-up through the form is a request that you confirm; the form does not conclude a contract or take payment. Sign-ups reach you by email, and with the admin panel you also see them collected in one place. Because personal data, often about children, is involved, your privacy policy should mention the form.
See it live
This is how it looks in our designs — each one opens right where the feature is shown.
