How it works
We set up services, durations, people and rules with you, such as how short-notice bookings may be and whether bookings count straight away or need your confirmation. After a joint test, booking goes live. Day to day you see new bookings in the admin panel and can confirm, move or cancel them.
What we need from you
- Your services with duration and price, or your tables and capacity
- Who offers what, if guests should choose a person
- Opening hours, breaks and holiday rules
- Your rules on notice, cancellation and group sizes
Good to know
If you already use a booking system, we discuss whether to connect it or replace it; a connection runs through the API integrations feature. Deposits or no-show fees are not included automatically and are discussed separately if needed. Because customer data is involved, your privacy policy should mention the booking.
